As part of its core mission of providing safety training to high-risk industries with specialized training programs in safety, survival and emergency response skills, NOIAA LTD offers BOSIET training according to OPITO standards. Our policy is to entrust the teaching to real professionals working offshore. It is not a question of involving recreational or administrative divers, without real experience in the professional environment, in marine, oil, industrial, nuclear, civil engineering, public works or offshore operations. Contrary to what is done elsewhere, our instructors are all seasoned trainers with a minimum of 10 years experience in underwater work on the seas of the world.

The aim of the BOSIET training is to familiarize the trainee with the specific safety issues and survival rules on an offshore installation. It is important to know how to keep oneself and others safe and to understand what emergency risks entail. During BOSIET training, fire fighting skills, safe working procedures, helicopter safety, EBS, medical knowledge and survival at sea are practiced. For this purpose NOIAA LTD provides equipment such as: a 4 meter deep pool, a helicopter crash simulator, a railing for simulated evacuation on an offshore installation.

The objective of the training is to obtain the skills of the BOSIET certificates to be able to work and stay on all types of offshore installations (platforms, barges, FPSOs, wind farms, etc.).
