NOIAA LTD, Middle East & Africa Operations has secured a contract provided from Word Wide Services LTD in France through Ecole Française de Forage (EFF) a French Petroleum Company base in 7, Avenue du Vert Galant 64230 Lescar-France, with the UK’s largest oil and gas operating company, Borr Drilling and Chrysaor, to manage the training of its entire African workforce using the latest innovative digital learning technologies.
The significant contract will run for an initial two to three years with an option to extend for a further two. The contract provided via SURVIV LTD will provide a complete workforce management solution for Chevron’s 2,500 onshore and offshore personnel by leveraging the capabilities of the NOIAA Corporation.
As well as traditional training in safety critical areas such as offshore survival, emergency response and crisis management and well control trainings. The contract will include NOIAA Corp’s cloud-based software systems and digital learning technologies such as eLearning, virtual reality and micro-learning tools to plan, organize and track training, while increasing knowledge retention and employee engagement for Borr Drilling and Chrysaor.
It is the latest in a long line of training contract wins for NOIAA LTD, which has signed high profile contracts with Total Energies E&P, BP, PBS and SHELL in the last 12 months, along with contract retentions with Borr Drilling, Addax Petroleum, SNH, and Perenco Group.
