Breaking News!!!!!! Breaking News!!!!!!!! Cameroon welcomes the first modern OPITO approved and certified On/offshore Maritime Safety Training & Accommodation Centre in the Sub-Saharan Africa

The National Offshore Institute of Australia and America, Limited (NOIAA LTD), which is located in the West Coast of Cape Limboh, Victoria now Limbe, South West Region of Cameroon that covers the whole of Central Africa Countries, is the only offshore institute that is approved and certified by  Offshore Petroleum Industry Training Organization (OPITO) to offer the below offshore trainings:

 •           Basic Offshore Safety Induction and Emergency Training (BOSIET) with Emergency Breathing       System (EBS) (5700)

•           Further Offshore Emergency Training (FOET) with Emergency Breathing System (EBS) (5858)

•           Helicopter Underwater Escape Training (HUET) with Emergency Breathing System (5095)

OPITO has its origins in the 1970’s, when there was a clear need to bridge the gap between traditional industry and the demands of the offshore environment. It now sets the standards for the offshore industry worldwide, from Emergency Response to Training and Competence. OPITO approval is required for training centers which provide specific offshore courses, and they work with government and industry heads to set global benchmarks.

Simply put, OPITO is the reason you can be sure that everyone you work with is up to the job and knows how to do it safely. They’re also the reason you’ll sometimes have to travel halfway across the world to get the training you need – not all training providers are OPITO-approved. However, NOIAA is one of those training providers who are actually approved.
