Noting that, this was just the first group of the expected number of employees to be trained with NOIAA LTD this year.

These are the exact words of Addax Petroleum Cameroon Company SA, Sr Process Safety Engineer, Mr. Christophe CATALA, immediately after his ever first BOSIET training in an African soil.
I came to NOIAA LTD to take the BOSIET training program. I was very impressed by NOIAA’s training
standards. The Course instructors were good at what they did, the level of the
training course was good. The training was very professional.
Mr. Qu Bin:
The training was very good especially for new trainees who were taking the BOSIET
training for the first time and it was very helpful. The course instructors were very
professional and all the training materials were very good for the students. All the facilities were good including the food offered during meals.
Mr. Jerry NDINGWAN, NOIAA LTD, Africa Operations Sales & Marketing Officer, after assessing the customer complaints for the month of March 2018 as he does regularly, realized that the most pertinent complaint received was that coming from several clients who were doing BOSIET training during the same period with ADDAX Petroleum Cameroon Company SA. This complaint came from companies like SNH, SGS, FOURE LAGADEC Cameroun S.A and PERENCO Cameroun SA, was summarily that, in their view, Addax Petroleum was given preferential treatment throughout the training sessions. Jerry took note of the complaint and has urged the management of NOIAA LTD, to implement corrective measures such that feelings of partiality will no longer be experienced in a case where training is done for candidates from different companies within the same period.
Mr. Jeff MAAS, NOIAA Corp, Chief Operating Officer for Europe & Africa, who was also visiting NOIAA LTD, Cameroon training Centre, said, the main reason NOIAA Corp, took over the services of NickCery Conglomerate, Inc worldwide was because of their vision for Africa and the golf of Guinea in particular. This vision is to ensure that, Africa’s level of Safety can be improved to meet the international standard of safety norms. He also recognized the importance of NOIAA LTD, Africa Operations being OPITO Approved – a process which NICKCERY had attained by 80 percent following the report we got from OPITO at the time when NOIAA Corp was taking over the services of NickCery. NOIAA Corp, has set a timeframe of 07 months for NOIAA LTD, to obtain full OPITO Accreditation. With the current trends, I believe this can be attained within the set timeframe.
