NOIAA LTD Inaugurates State-of-the-Art Maritime Safety and Training Centre in Cape Limboh

Cape Limboh, South West Region, Cameroon — NOIAA LTD, through its Middle East & Africa Operations, has officially inaugurated a groundbreaking On/offshore Maritime Safety Training and Accommodation Centre. Strategically located on the West Coast of Cape Limboh in one of the English-speaking region of Cameroon, the new facility is set to serve as a central hub for Maritime Safety and Offshore Emergency Response Training across the entire African continent.
The inauguration ceremony featured the launch of three pioneering training programs:
- Modern Oil and Gas Safety Training
- Advanced Firefighting and Offshore Emergency Response Team Member (OERTM) Certification
- Offshore Helideck Emergency Response Training for Oil and Gas Personnel
These programs represent a major advancement in the region’s capacity to manage offshore risks, enhance workforce readiness, and ensure alignment with global safety and operational standards in the oil and gas industry.
Speaking at the event, Mola, Chris YOK, Chief Executive Officer for NOIAA LTD – Middle East, Europe, Africa, and Oceanic Operations – reaffirmed the company’s commitment to uplifting the standards of safety, training, and working conditions across Africa:

The company has reportedly invested close to two billion CFA francs in the development of this modern facility—an unprecedented step toward empowering Africa’s offshore workforce and fostering sustainable growth in the region’s maritime and oil and gas sectors.
Mr. Chris YOK, affectionately known as Mola Chris, extended his heartfelt gratitude to all dignitaries, partners, stakeholders, and guests who attended the opening ceremony. He also took the opportunity to address the various onshore and offshore companies present, urging them to prioritize the safety and well-being of their employees.
