NOIAA LTD’s subsidiary, O’CERY, awarded Workforce Supply Contract by Tower Resources Cameroon SA

O’CERY through NOIAA LTD, a leading provider of offshore and onshore safety training programs, has been awarded a Workforce supply contract by Tower Resources Cameroon SA, a British multinational oil and gas company base in 140 Buckingham Palace Road, Westminster, London SW1W 9SA.

NOIAA LTD is a subsidiary of NOIAA CORP PTY LTD, with head office in 2425 West Loop South, Suite 200 Houston, Texas 77027 USA. In recent times, NOIAA Corp PTY LTD, has engaged in to Workforce supply for Oil and Gas and other companies around Europe, Middle East and Africa with this spin off name O’CERY Plc. O’CERY Plc, has just signed its first contract in Cameroon with Tower Resources Cameroon SA, where it has just supplied local staffs  for their offices and base workers for their upcoming drilling campaign.

Following a competitive bidding process, Tower Resources Cameroon SA selected O’CERY to provide it with local skilled staff due to its robust techno-commercial proposal combined with its accumulated experience in supplying local skilled staff particularly in Cameroon, as well as their overriding attention to HS&E and quality compliance, which are critical on such projects with Tower Resources. The contract is to supply local skilled staff for their drilling campaign and following the Service Agreement signed between this two companies, Country Manager of Tower Resources Cameroon S.A, Mr.  MBOUOMBOUO DAIROU and Mola Chris YOK, who is the Chief Executive Officer of NOIAA LTD and O’CERY.

The Country Manager of Tower Resources Cameroon SA, said during the signing ceremony that his company made the right choice choosing O’CERY for their project in Cameroon because O’CERY has knowledgeable and experienced professionals in the field who adhere strictly to safety policies and regulations. He believes their experience can improve the quality of the final deliverables.

O’CERY is an approved workforce staffing provider in Cameroon operating as a subsidiary of NOIAA LTD, Africa Operations.  The decision makers at NOIAA LTD created O’CERY to extend their services to supply workforce in the oil and gas industry. CEO of NOIAA LTD, Mola Chris Yok, believed the expansion was necessary as it perfectly aligned with the company’s mission to drive dramatic growth through a diversity of services it offers in the oil and gas industry.  The company NOIAA LTD, also referred to as the company of many colours, has enjoyed a myriad of opportunities as a leading safety training company in Central Africa since its inception as it has provided safety training solutions to many big brands in the oil and gas industry like SNH du Cameroon, BORR Drilling Gabon, PERENCO, ADDAX Petroleum, COTCO, NEWAGE and GLENCORE PETROCHAD.

O’CERY was built on the foundation of NOIAA’s success and popularity as a leading onshore and offshore safety training company. However, the recent award of the workforce supply contract by Tower Resources SA Cameroon, will elevate our brand and reputation as a manpower staffing provider in the oil and gas sector. O’CERY is currently serving  other contracts around central Africa sub regions like in EG, Gabon, Nigeria and Congo.
