The President & Chief Executive Officer of NOIAA LTD, Middle East, the Oceanic & Africa Operations meets with His Excellency, the Prime Minister Head of Government of the Republic of Cameroon to discuss Safety Training Policies in the oil and gas sector and safety in general.

The President & Chief Executive Officer of NOIAA LTD, Middle East, the Oceanic & Africa Operations, Mola Chris YOK, recently met with His Excellency, the Prime Minister,  Head of Government of the Republic of Cameroon, HE, Chief, Dr. Joseph Dion NGUTE, to discuss safety training policies and their impact on the country’s workforce and in the oil & gas sector in particular.

During the meeting, Mola Chris YOK outlined the key role safety training plays in ensuring the well-being of workers and the success of businesses. He also highlighted the importance of policy frameworks that support safety training initiatives across all sectors.

“We believe that investing in safety training is a critical component of building a strong and sustainable workforce,” said Mola Chris YOK, the President & Chief Executive Officer of NOIAA LTD, Middle East, and the Oceanic & Africa Operations. “With the support of policies that prioritize workplace safety, we can make significant strides in reducing workplace accidents and injuries, while boosting productivity and enhancing business performance.”

The Prime Minister Head of Government of the Republic of Cameroon applauded NOIAA LTD’s efforts to promote safety training across all sectors, and underscored the government’s commitment to creating a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.

HE, Chief, Dr. Joseph Dion NGUTE was very pleased to receive this enterprising son of Mokundange village, Limbe II sub-division, South West region of Cameroon, who has through his exploits, brought fame and glory to Cameroon and Africa in general, thereby encouraging him to be more creative, innovative, inventive and to continue to provide more job opportunities for young Cameroonians for equality within the country. He also assured him that the Government is so proud of his achievements within and across Africa, Europe, Australia and America.

“Mola Chris YOK has shown great leadership and commitment to advancing the cause of safety training in our country Cameroon,” said H.E Chief Dr. Joseph Dion NGUTE. “We share his belief that On/Offshore Safety Training is critical to the success of any business, and we are working closely with organizations like NOIAA LTD to develop policies that support this vision.”

NOIAA LTD is one of the newly OPITO approved On/offshore Maritime Safety Training and Accommodation Centers and the leader in providing On/offshore Maritime Safety Training services to organizations across multiple sectors. The company has trained millions of employees in best practices for workplace safety and collaborates closely with industry associations like oil & gas, construction companies and government bodies to develop and implement safety training policies.
