RAZEL-Bec signs a Global Safety Training Contract with NOIAA Corp to Up-skill its personnel on FIRST AID and Fire Fighting training.

NOIAA trains RAZEL -BEC on FIRST AID and FIRE FIGHTING training

RAZEL-Bec, a leader in public construction works in Africa and Middle East at large, has just signed a safety training global contract with an immediate COMMANDE No. 0046514, 0046515 & 0046516 with NOIAA Corp, through its Middle East & Africa Operations subsidiary based in Africa, NOIAA Ltd. This safety training is to start immediately after the signing of the global contract, said Mr. Joël Manga, the Human Resource manager of RAZEL -Bec based in Cameroon.

RAZEL-Bec is a French company and subsidiary of RAZEL FAYAT group specializing in earthworks, civil engineering, underground works, road works and special works and has over 130 years of experience in the construction industry.

The giant construction company has always primed the health and safety of its personnel by continuously ensuring a safe and healthy working environment for all its employees through its safety and health policy. In a bid to make its workplace safer and fulfill its HSE obligations, RAZEL -BEC has contracted the reputed safety training company, NOIAA Ltd to upskill its employees on FIRST AID and FIRE FIGHTING training.

This a second contract after a previous safety training contract was signed by both companies and successfully completed.

Mme, ONGOBIAKATOMB Delima, who is NOIAA LTD, Africa Operations, Business Development Manager, said “Immediately after the signing of the previous contract in RAZEL  Cameroon office in Yaounde, she knew that RAZEL-BEC Cameroon will finally sign a global contract with NOIAA because RAZEL’s  management was more than satisfied with the previous trainings that was carried out several months ago”. She added that she has no doubt seeing them signing this contract today in Yaounde. “I have worked in other companies before joining NOIAA, but I see a great gap between these companies because I feel well treated, like I am working in an American oil and gas company. This is all thanks to the management of NOIAA. All requests made to do my work is always been accepted and delivered on timely frame manner”.

Commenting, NOIAA LTD, Middle East & Africa Operations General Manager, Mr. Elliot Campbell SYCAMORE said, “NOIAA has positioned itself as a leading provider in On/offshore safety training for oil and gas, construction and production companies, and the creation of NOIAA LTD, Middle East & Africa Operations will allow us to add value to the service we can offer to our clients. We are looking forward to growing with RAZEL-BEC and working with them to produce a competent and proficient workforce”. 

“Also, I want to say, signing three important contracts within a month is not just given to any kind company”. One of the Managers of RAZEL-BEC Cameroon said. “Signing this contract with NOIAA is not just because NOIAA has all training equipment needed but because NOIAA’s instructors were verified by our Group QHSSE management team from different countries where we are in planted. NOIAA deserves this global safety training contract. I wish NOIAA good luck as they merit and deserve it. They are purely transparent and open in business, which is what every company needs especially in Africa”. He added.
